My experience with Jakroo was exceptional. We came in not know what we wanted our jerseys to look like. We gave the design team a shot with our logo and color scheme. They hit it out of the park, with the design and color combination. We will be ordering more additional items shortly.

I tried to order online from two other companies, but is was to complicated. Almost gave up and found Jakroo. You made it very easy and it came out perfect. I have had great comments from other riders about our apparel. Great job.

I have to say for my first time ordering ANY custom apparel this expirience definitely made me more comfortable in doing so. I was 100% satisfied with how the jersey's turned out with the design, fabric and the time frame of completion. Hats off to the design team as I had a good idea of what I wanted my jersey to look like and the nailed it! My cousin is thinking about getting jersey's made for a cycling team in Orlando and I am going to give Jakroo's information so that he can get his jersey's through them. Patrice was great, I cannot say enough about how attentive she was with keeping in touch with me every step of the way

Friendly and great to work with. Excellent quality. In fact I'm designing another jersey for my cycling blog.

Initially, my review was scathing, and largely based on last year's kits, but after spending a hefty amount of time in the new kits, I am happy to say that I couldn't be happier with them! I'm an especially big fan of the new lower cut neck on the skinsuit. I race them 90% of the time and my breathing is noticeably better compared to last year's! Extremely satisfied!

Great Looking Jersey's. Good design, prompt customer service. Order came in earlier than delivery date.

On the down side, sizes run small.

The Bad -
There were some mis-communications throughout the process (about placement/size/etc of some of the logos) that slowed things down. The overall door-to-door time was pretty long and I'm not psyched that my gear was made in China. I didn't have a design in mind and just wanted something that matched the technical look/feel of my actual bike. Result was good, but I've seen better ones since.

The Good -
Instantly my favorite gear. I've lost weight a bit since the original order was placed, so jersey is loose now lol. All kinds of people have asked me about it and I gush. All in all I'm pretty happy with the process and am even thinking of getting something custom done for my wife. For sure I'd do this again, next time I'll have a better concept in mind tho.

So far, everyone that has my kit has liked it. I hope to be ordering more soon!

The jerseys are awesome. the race cut fits tight and the sizing is perfect. the only complaint from the team is that the sleeves of the women's race cut jersey are too short, they could be about 2inches longer. quick order turn around and awesome art work creation!

Great Product, well thought out.
Zippers are the best ever. I would curve the left and right hand pocket entries, as they are now I have some trouble getting into the pockets. Its not a killer objection, but could take the jerseys up a notch.

How about a cycling cap and even a nice under helmet skull cap with Team logo.
